How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared in Montréal within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days within Canada, 4–8 to the US, and 7–14 internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
How do the pieces fit?
Our pieces run true to size with a relaxed, modern fit. Size up one for an oversized look. As all sales are final, please double-check your size before ordering.

What are the pieces made of?
Heavyweight cotton and bonded fleece, chosen for structure and longevity. Each piece is designed in Montréal.
How should I care for my piece?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Hang to dry and avoid high heat to preserve the fabric and print.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — securely through Shopify checkout.
